My expertise is centered around leading complex projects and driving transformational outcomes. As Head of UX, I currently lead the development and transformation of a comprehensive digital strategy for guest-facing tools, promoting cross-functional collaboration to enhance the user experience across the product lifecycle. 


This involves actively developing the UX team in advancing the organization's journey toward UX maturity, implementing DesignOps practices and implementing a data-driven, user-centric feedback loop for data-informed decision-making.
